This weeks post is about my favourite tv shows. Both past and present. Since there are always those shows that just stick with you. The list is in no set order, just which shows came to my mind first.

Weigh Day today

• Well today is Monday. Fun stuff. lol. I weighed this morning and I have lost 1lb. So I am happy. Hope this means I am out of my rut and will start losing weight again. Mike weighed yesterday before he went up to Alliston, and he has lost 4lbs. He is amazing, only 8lbs to go for his target weight. I think he is sexy enough now, and doesn't need to lose those last 8lbs.
• Today started out interesting. I had an appointment in Chatham to have a heart monitor wired on. I have to wear it for the next 48 hours. I am hoping this it will show something for the doctors to read, so they don't think I am crazy. I have my appointment with Dr.Tran on April 30th, so we will see where we go from there.
• So as I said, Mike is up in Alliston for training for his new job. Very exciting for him, hanging out in a hotel for 4 days. It is very quiet here without him, and I miss him lots. I just hope that he is enjoying himself. He is there with his brother also, so I am sure they are having an interesting time, since when the two of them are together they are very funny people.
• Well, I guess that is all the news I have for today. I will carry on my day, trying not to rip out any wires along the way. lol

This week's entry is my cats. I could almost post a picture of each one of my cats, but I will keep it down to my two cats that I have now. Here are 13 cats that I have owned.

Weigh Day

Well it has been another week on the diet front. I have lost 1lb and Mike has lost 2lbs. Slowly but surely, I am getting closer to my goal weight. But at this rate, it will be next year. lol. I am still feeling crappy this week. I have a day where I am not so bad, and then two days in a row, where I can barely get out of bed, and spend most the day hugging a toliet. Gravol is my new best friend. I have a doctors appointment on Friday, so amongst my other ailments that I have to discuss with him, I will mention this nausia problem. I think it may be my ulcer acting up again, but I don't want to have to go through another gastric scope. It looks like I may have to increase my Pariet that I take now. Well the long weekend is finished, and it is back to normal tomorrow morning. Lets hope I feel well enough to get the kids ready for school.

Late Weigh Day

Sorry I haven't been around this week. Been under the weather lately. Am feeling alittle better now. But by being sick, I was able to lose some weight. So here are the statistics for the week. I lost 2 lbs, and Mike lost 6lbs.(but Mike was sick too) It seems even though we both received our flu shot in the fall, we were able to be taken over by the virus this week. Mike is really close to where he wants to stay. If you look at our weight tickers, Mike says he has lost 67 lbs, and mine says I have 67 lbs to lose. So there is proof it can be done. Since Mike's work schedule has been changing this week, he has been home in the evenings. So we have been going for walks every night. It has been great. I will have to drag Chetasia out with me, when Mike goes back to his normal shift again. Well my 'baby girl' turns 16 years old on Friday. I can't believe where the time has gone. Well heres till my next post. Which I will try hard to make more regular.
